Sales Representative, Agriculture
MIDCO Global is seeking an experienced Sales Representative for MIDCO Global’s Agricultural Research & Packaging Division. This position will sell solutions and packaging materials to clients within the Agricultural Research and Production space. The ideal Sales Representative candidate is an experienced sales professional with a background in Agriculture.

Responsibilities
- Service accounts; pursue new accounts (research + cold calls within territory)
- Actively contribute product solutions to client base to generate business
- Review historical sales performance, set future sales goals, plan accordingly to measure progress and provide meaningful feedback
- Work with suppliers and internal teams to adjust product offering to better suit client needs
- Maintain thorough knowledge of product offering and product benefits
- Travel to support business
Requirement/Skills
- 8 to 10 years of sales experience
- Demonstrated ability to pursue new business and build relationships
- Experience within Agriculture Industry is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- SalesForce experience preferred
- Strong negotiation skills
- Self sufficient
*Onboarding will include company product line knowledge + how products relate to and are used in agricultural industry
**Our Ideal applicant will be based in the St. Louis area, but for a highly qualified applicant we are willing to consider a remote work arrangement with quarterly travel to St. Louis.
