Office Administrator
MIDCO Global is seeking an office administrator to support internal teams (customer service, sales), carry out common office duties, and act as a positive first line of contact to customers. The office administrator will improve internal efficiencies through organization, effective prioritizing, and exceptional communication skills. This position can be a stepping stone or something long term the right candidate is looking to make their own.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide general administrative office support:
- Answer phones
- Direct general email inquiries to appropriate person
- Draft, format, print, copy, scan documents
- Maintain inventory and order office supplies as needed
- Receive and send office mail
- Contribute to company calendar
Support internal customer service team:
- File completed orders
- Learn customer order procedure/assist when necessary
Support external sales team:
- Assist with travel bookings
- Assist with routine database cleaning, export customer lists
Contribute to pertinent internal discussions with role’s perspective in relation to company’s objectives
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree preferred
- Customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills that include proper grammar, tone, spelling, and
- demonstrate a logical thought process;
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- High attention to detail and focus on accuracy
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proactive attitude
- Ability to speak more than one language is a plus (Spanish preferred)
